Very good premium hotel with...

Liked: Great location of the hotel, excellent rooftop bar, good service and we had a room on a higher floor with great city views.
Disliked: Some small details of the rooms looked like an older hotel, that has been not perfectly renovated. Not a serious topic, but Autograph is a premium brand.

Slightly disappointing for a 4*...

Liked: Central location and rooftop bar. Staff able to move us to a more suitable room.
Disliked: Poor WiFi, initial room was small and not suitable as a double room and lifts were small and slow.

Excellent location

Very nice hotel, great breakfast...

Liked: The location, the hotel in general is very nice and clean. The facilities are nice and the breakfast is really good! Most of the staff was very polite and amicable except por the person who welcomed us at the reception upon our arrival.
Disliked: I have been to the hotel before and I really enjoyed staying here in the past but unfortunately this is the reason I know the standard for both rooms offered to us on the second floor were not as good as other rooms I have stayed in before, this was very dissapointing considering the price we paid for the hotel. I would say specially the first room offered which had a dissabled toilet which neither me nor my partner requested and was not what we were expecting. The room felt quite small and the bathroom could have been much nicer, even when I do understand there are certain arrangements needed to make the toilet usable for the disabled. I also want to express the person who welcomed us at reception upon arrival was not very welcoming and eventhough he mentioned a room exchange was possible on the next day, he seemed to be very annoyed when we did request the room exchange the following day which is the last thing I would have expect from the staff considering my past experience staying at the hotel.

Disliked: Rooftop bar was very expensive
