Disliked: Room not clean with cookies and lenses from former visitors. Noisy area and bad windows.

Terrible, never again

Liked: If i should say anything it was the location, that was 2/10
Disliked: The room was tiny, the furniture looked like it came from temu, breakfast sucked, toilet broken, it was dirty, staff was rude, shower door was broken

Liked: Early checkin always very appreciated thank you. Reception staff obliging.
Disliked: Needs sound proofing for rooms that overlook very very noisy neighbourhood. 24/7 commotion, street cleaning, fire truck sirens, car alarms and loud unsocial behaviour from street dwellers, belligerent KFC customers and bored people awaiting two buses on routes poorly serviced, like the rest of the city. Breakfast uber carbohydrate loaded, so unhealthy. Some even limited protein and optional sugar would be appreciated. Refrigerator and microwave not openly advertised. Photos on website very old. Does not reflect the reality of nowadays-false advertising. Odd,gating in the room, over the bed head, not near the desk.

Fit the purpose

Liked: Clean and fairly ok location. Breakfast was fine
Disliked: Says free parking on the booking website but actually only have valet parking they charge $52 per day for, or you can take it yourself to a garage for $32 a day.

Very good

Liked: The location was nice and the desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: We had to tell the staff to clean our room but no one told us that so the room didn't get cleaned till the end of our stay. Online it stated the hotel had parking but they did not and that was an issue for us.
