Disliked: Rooms were tiny. Windows single glazed so very noisy.Biggest issue is the location. The tenderloin is now an unsafe place to stay or walk around at night. My wife felt threatened in the area and is unlikely to return to San Francisco after this experience. Drug addict’s were using drugs and defecting openly in the street outside the hotel. Nightmare.

Amazing value for money

Liked: Great service. Asked for room service everyday to keep the room clean. Rooms are small but very comfy and cute, especially with own bathroom and TV.
Disliked: Location is a little sketchy at night but during the day there are no problems.

Liked: On Booking.com, this hotel is listed as a 4-star property, but on Google and all other platforms it is rated only 2 stars – and the 2-star rating is much more accurate. The hotel is located in a terrible neighborhood with many homeless people around. The walls between rooms are paper-thin, and the rooms themselves are so tiny that it’s barely possible to open a suitcase.The bedding and mattress were dirty, and although the bathroom looks decent at first glance, it was also not clean. Breakfast was disappointing – greasy food, some yogurt, and instant coffee from a powder machine pretending to be from an espresso maker.I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Please choose another place to stay – this one was a terrible experience.

Disliked: The room was in horrible conditions. Has urine and pubic hair all over the toilet seat, liquid/juice spilled all over walls and floors making it sticky, there was little hairs and make up stains on pillow case and a toe nail on the floor. We requested a refund in full as we didn’t feel comfortable staying but the hotel still has not provided one after they said they would. Stay somewhere else
