Liked: Helpful staff who were obliging to allow us to store our bags and also offer early check in.
Disliked: This location is a sketchy part of Guadalajara, which we didn’t know. Take Ubers or cabs, don’t walk.

Liked: There was no breakfast included in my reservation and Infact asked to them but they denied.
Disliked: The reception ladies were not able to speak English and I was not able to speak Spanish so when they are welcoming to international clients they must have an officer who can speak english.

Would stay again. Good value...

Liked: We enjoyed the size of the bed and the size of the room and the size of the tv and it was clean. The staff outstanding! It was close to the bus station which we needed to take so like in all cities around the bus station can feel sketchy but we felt safe.
Disliked: There were not enough electrical outlets and the towels were a bit worn.

Liked: A very clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel was close to a bus station. Close to main cathedral - walking to there was 25 minutes. A very good taco place across the street for eats & it closes at 6PM. Park close by with some venders selling art work.
Disliked: It is located in a dicey part of the city, I didn’t venture out after dark. No drinking water in room but I had my own.

Liked: There is a really nice park within walking distance of the hotel. It is about 30 mins walk to the center of the city and a long way to the bus station. Definitely need to use Uber.
