Very good

Liked: The hotel itself and the room were amazing, the staff were very friendly and accommodating!
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower could have been better. We had the room that's adjacent to the breakfast area, which can be loud when folks are there to enjoy their breakfast. If you're planning on spending your time in the city centre of Florence, do take into account you'll have to travel for about 20 minutes each way.

Liked: Great staff that are very helpful. Modern apartments that are great to be in and a decent breakfast buffet. It’s a 30 min walk to the town center, but other than that the apartment was great! Would recommend.

Good stay overall.

Liked: The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very clean. The breakfast is very good. However the main entrance of the hotel and the stairs are not great at all.

Liked: Really quiet and nicely decorated. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were really hard.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very helpfull and kind. Room was clean and tidy every day and we had a lot of espresso. Location is ideal we had a 25 minute walk to the center and the bis station is right around the corner.
