Liked: Great location right in the middle of the Market/ French Quarter... walked restaurants, shops and short walk to waterfront and battery
Disliked: Service was not the best, room was not made daily, air-conditioning sporadic, shower leaked and was not fixed upon request and when fire alarm went off on the last night staff did not communicate, rooms were vacated but the bar was not and upon inquiry was told it goes off often and are false alarms, disrupted the last night and was not handled by the staff very well.

Worth every penny, reflects Charleston’s...

Liked: Location. Located at Church street, around most beautiful places to visit and highly ranked restaurants, next to large parking lotStyle. Reflects Charleston’s history and modern at the same time. Intuitive and customer friendly . Every floor has coffee and sparkling water stations with bowls of fruits.
Disliked: Nothing
