Totally incredible and highly highly...

Liked: This was an amazing hotel with such a chic sci-fi feel. The location was fabulous - off the doorstep to magnificent mile. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The robots were entertaining and so impressive. The glass shower in the middle of the room and the decor were awesome. There’s a blues bar a short walk away called Blue Chicago which is a must!!!
Disliked: The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the emergency vehicle sirens on the road which seemed to be going off quite a bit. Maybe it was just a busy Friday night in the city. If you’re a light sleeper you may want earplugs.

Liked: I loved everything! The bed was comfy, room was clean, shower was amazing. Staff was exceptional and so was the location.

Very good

Great hotel for couples and small groups.

Liked: The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating to special requests. The rooms had light controls via an Alexa or light switches located around the room, even by the bed. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I've had in a hotel so far!
Disliked: We weren't a fan of the open bathroom. While there was a curtain you could draw across for privacy and the toilet had a sliding door, we still felt a little too "exposed" vs a more tradition bathroom with a door.
