Liked: You are right downtown and the trams go right by the end of the street. The coffee shop in the hotel is very good coffee.
Disliked: The staff in the cafe need to cheer up. One guy didnt even say hello or look at me. He had a mask on. Maybe a change in vocation would help.

Brilliant and stylish

Liked: Modern, really nice aesthetic and all the extra amenities make it feel super unique. Bar really nice downstairs as well. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Great location for exploring San Francisco super close to great transport links.
Disliked: Windows are quite thin and we were at the front of the property so street noise was quite loud - not a problem for us as city folk we slept fine but worth baring in mind if noise bothers your sleep!

Great location and value for...

Liked: We loved the option of having coffee and pastries delivered from the coffee shop attached to the hotel. Location felt safe and was close to union square a cable car stop. Despite the hills we managed to walk to quite a few attractions in SF.
