Passable

Liked: The location was good .
Disliked: The rooms were never properly cleaned since we arrived. The dust was just too much to handle. Our bathroom basin was blocked . While shower glass was broken. It seems maintenance checks ate not done .

Liked: the location is very perfect, the staff is really very nice and helpful
Disliked: the room is small, the cleaning could be better, the price for hotel itself is high but because of the location and summer season the price was fine.

Liked: Location. Meters from Arc de triomphe. Good selection of restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to Champs Élysées and other sights
Disliked: Cleaning left a bit to be desired. Lights difficult to work.

Perfect location but let down...

Disliked: Room was very small, in particular the bathroom, only a child would be able to sit on the toilet without the toilet roll holder digging in to your leg. Positioned incorrectly. Something hanging off the wall in the bathroom, possible was one a mirror? TV was smashed so the screen wasn’t clear. Shower gel in the shower was empty on arrival. Randomly through the night the shower started running water, was woken up thinking it was leaking.
