Nice location, clean room and...

Liked: The location of the hotel was amazing, just a few minutes distance from the centre by walking. The staff were very approachable and nice, and the cleaning was more than enough. Also, the bed was comfy.
Disliked: Since the hotel is located on one of the liveliest streets of the city, there was noise at some nights. Also, the building is very old, so are the rooms and the bathrooms.

I liked the hotel very...

Liked: Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful, available anytime. The hotel is very close to both rivers and subway stations. 15 minutes walk to Old Lyon.
Disliked: In some rooms the bathroom door opens inward and it can be a bit inconvenient, especially for overweight people.

I notice that no refidgerator...

Liked: The ease with which the team stored our bikes and the help they gave us when we left the hotel. The breakfast was well organised and plentiful. The room cleaned beautifully and all the staff were very friendly. The location was excellent for the cycle route, historic sites, and cafés/restaurants.
