Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location, with delightful staff. We enjoyed visiting the second-floor lounge. It was like having a big living room. The hotel’s partnership with an outstanding fitness center was another plus.
Disliked: The decor seemed a bit outdated, but the old-fashioned style gave it a relaxed feeling.

Superb

Liked: Great staff and accommodations. Loved the second floor breakfast and snacks. Location to Sloan cancer treatment center.
Disliked: Nothing but cost of room.

Liked: I love the decor. It reminds you of staying in Europe.
Disliked: Some of the furnishings could’ve been renewed or updated, but not changed in order to keep the charm and ambience

Good location, nice service.

Liked: Desk service was good. Pleasant and efficient. Room was nice.
Disliked: The food situation was confusing. There was a restaurant of sorts, but I don't think it was really connected to the hotel. There was a complimentary snack area which was nice, but had only snack (aka junk) food. I guess it was explained on check in, but I was in the process of going back and forth to the hospital and probably didn't take it in. Overall, it worked for what I wanted.
