Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Our room was on top floor, so light filled and quiet. Liked also that it was a smaller hotel and the midtown location. The 2nd floor lounge area was a nice feature, where you got a continental breakfast and all day access to snacks and drinks.
Disliked: Met expectations.. Only minor complaint was that our bathroom was quite small, probably due to the fact it is an older hotel.Nice setting and location. Comfortable.

Adequate but very old fashioned

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and the snacks in the lounge were good.
Disliked: I have been going to New York since the 1960s and this hotel looked as though it had been last refurbished before then. For example, the chair at the desk in my room was cracked and scuffed in many places, the elevator was antique, and it was basically an old hotel that had not been updated.
