Liked: Beautiful stylish hotel - a little piece of Old Europe in Midtown. Room cleaning, reception staff and concierge, bar, all excellent.

Fantastic position , helpful staff,...

Liked: Excellent location/ loved the fact there were always snacks/ tea and coffee available up until midnight. Continental breakfast was simple but offered a varied range of pastries/ yogurt/ tea and coffee/
Disliked: The rooms tended to be in my opinion a bit small , however that is fairly typical of New York properties.

Very good

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Our room was on top floor, so light filled and quiet. Liked also that it was a smaller hotel and the midtown location. The 2nd floor lounge area was a nice feature, where you got a continental breakfast and all day access to snacks and drinks.
Disliked: Met expectations.. Only minor complaint was that our bathroom was quite small, probably due to the fact it is an older hotel.Nice setting and location. Comfortable.
