Liked: Staff were outstanding, especially Petyr at reception. He was helpful and friendly, finding the most convenient mode of transport for our requests, restaurant ideas and general information to make our visit to Prague so memorable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Breakfast was easy to get to and was tasty. Josef at the front desk was very accommodating, excellent English, and very helpful checking in and out. Would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: I think my shower head had a small leak.

Liked: Centrally located with an ”oasis” inner garden to relax in after a full day on the go in town. Very friendly staff taking care of your wants and needs.
