Liked: The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was really good. We were 5 minutes walk from the centre of Mechelen. The swimming pool was large enough to get a decent swim and just the right temperature for me.The bedroom was quiet, the bed comfortable and the shower was really good.The reception staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms weren't cleaned everyday . There was a damp smell in the swimming pool area and the water wasn't as clear as it should have been.There were one or two maintenance issues eg a bedroom door that didn't lock and a toilet that continued to flush until you pressed again.

Passable

Disliked: Price is above the average, you need to pay for parking 25€/day, they charge for extra towels, you need to use the same towel of the room if you go to swimming pool.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A shirt was left behind and they contacted us with a method of having it returned.
