Liked: Very friendly staff, nice large bathroom and good amenities in the room.
Disliked: We mostly booked the hotel because of the pool, unfortunately it was not warm enough so we couldn't use it. This left us quite disappointed. (Considering its a small pool, not a lap-pool/a pool for swimming, it really should be warmer.)

Liked: Very well equipped. Quiet. Wonderful view of the mountains and the ocean.Great for families. 3 bathrooms, 3 separate rooms.Kitchen is usable but knives need sharpening
Disliked: The accommodation is in an excellent location, I highly recommend it.The problem is that the owners do not pay attention to the maintenance of the property. It is a penthouse. But the door suspension is not maintained. The carpet is worn. The screws on the door handles need to be tightened. The window locks need to be checked. The seats of the chairs in the dining room are broken. The kitchen furniture needs to be checked. If the washing machine is not used, the duct ventilation needs to be taken care of because it stinks.These are small things. They do not affect the experience, they are just unpleasant for the owner.

Not recommended for business trip

Disliked: Stayed 3 days/2 nights.Invoice asked sunday evening : not possible. Invoice asked again monday evening : not received.Invoice aksed again again tuesday morning in a hurry : received with errors.This hotel is not to be recommended for business trips.The personnal should be able to give the invoice directly without struggling with the system, like in any other hotel.

Comfortable stay in city center

Liked: I found the hotel very clean and inviting. The staff were very helpful and available. The hotel is in a very nice location, quiet but still near the city center. Parking was nearby, safe and covered.
