Disliked: The pictures are not what the place looks like. They never once came to clean or vacuum. No phones in the rooms so you can’t even call the front desk for pillows or towels. There’s only sheets on the beds. Very Poor service.. shame because its location is prime. Owners need to do better.

Liked: This is a great place and great location. The staff are kind but remember be kind to them! They will help you! I've been staying here for years and I love this place!
Disliked: The only thing that could use a little work is more garbage cans and for the garbage people to pickup more. You really can't blame the hotel for this. Whoever their garbage company just needs to empty the dumpsters more often so that trash isn't flying all over.

Liked: The room was clean. Good location for our trip needs.
Disliked: The king-size bed was a bit weird. You had to sleep in the middle, or you would roll off. There was no phone in the room. There are not enough towels for 2 people staying 2 nights. You can hear people in the adjoining rooms, walking in front of the room. Plus, a barking dog that was left in someone's room that kept us up.The morning we were to check out, I took my bags to the car, came back up, and the key no longer worked. Luckily, my friend was still in the room to let me in.

Disliked: The shower was dirty with hair and mold on the ceiling, and the toilet didn't work well.
