Liked: Ad said there was breakfast but there was NO BREAKFAST!!! Liked the remodeled roomVery clean
Disliked: The lady who checked us in spoke rapidly and had a strong accent so was hard to understand. Our room was 79° when we arrived. The air conditioner didn't work. Called desk and they said they'd come fix it. She came and messed with it but still didn't work properly.WORSE PART was that we got a charge on our credit card at 0420 for $10.92 . We only knew about it because we have the alert from the credit card company. They had no explanation for it at the front desk and it didn't show up on the receipt he gave us at checkout. The nice gentleman their called his manager and had the charges removed.

Liked: The beds were comfy, 2nd floor rooms had a balcony which I thought was nice, good air conditioning, friendly staff, and its in a pretty good location right off the highway. pretty good place to stay!
Disliked: im not too familiar with other hotels in flagstaff, but 100 bucks a night does seem sort of pricey. the interior looks pretty new so im sure this hotel hasnt been there for too long, not a huge issue for a good location.

Liked: Clean, next to many food options and good location since we were traveling through. Pool was awesome but there are no lights at all so although it’s open until 10 pm there are no lights in or out of the pool so you can’t really enjoy after dark.
