Overall excellent experience.

Liked: I was there for a procedure for my husband. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were clean.
Disliked: A bit pricey. My husband is a Veteran and I wanted to stay close to the hospital. So a discount would’ve been nice.

Disgusting and poorly maintained stay!

Liked: The hotel was extremely dirty. Hair from previous guests was left everywhere, especially in the bathroom. The entire room had not been properly cleaned in what looked like years. The carpet smelled like dust, and the air was stale. Water from the faucet had a foul odor, likely due to lack of filtration and infrequent use. Water stains were visible in the shower. The AC unit was aggressively positioned over the bed, blowing directly into my face, making it impossible to sleep—so I had to move the mattress to the floor. Despite blackout curtains, sunlight came through the glass wall facing the lake. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and unsanitary.
Disliked: Friendly staff. Free parking.

It was decent but did...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Smell was overwhelming in hallways was pleased that the smell didn't extend into our room.Mattress was the worst mattress in any hotel that I have ever stayed at. It needs to be changed out!! Im 50 years old and have stayed in a lot of hotels. Im not that picky either.Hair dryer was disgustly dirty, I used tissues to handle it.
