Liked: I like everything, but the room was very comfortable the bed slept great.
Disliked: There not one thing that I didn't like.

Excellent Location, POOR SERVICE

Liked: The location, the drop off service to the hospital and the food were really good.
Disliked: Service is so poor. My family and I arrived, 3 cars in total with a whole lot of luggages. Valet service in front saw that we were bringing down our luggage and I told them we were about to check in. I had to go to the front desk if the guys doing valet were the bell hop as well and he said yes. The chauffer and my husband were almost done with one car and I was so surprised that none of the valet approached to help. I asked once again the front desk if the valet were supposed to help and he said "Yes, if you ask them they might help." I will leave it there. I have never been to a hotel where they will help you. only if you ask them. Especially if they are seeing that we had young kids and was carrying lots of luggages. NOT A SINGLE HELP. Until almost halfway when I asked them if they can help, did they help.
