Very good

Not the most comfortable for...

Liked: Modern. Good location. Professional staff.
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable. Mushy mattress and mushy pillows. First time in a studio room and real no where to keep your suitcase opened.

Location great and welcome staff...

Liked: Breakfast and server were great.
Disliked: Dinner was a bit different. Our waitress was rude and dinner took a long time.We had difficulty sleeping because we heard conversations from our vent

Nightmare on ELEO GROUNDS!

Liked: TV was nice
Disliked: No one helped with my bags or offered to get me something to put my bag on( I'm disabled and was having a problem walking with my cane and pulling my bag behind me and keeping my backpack on I told them I was having surgery on Tuesday ( March 19) it was obvious I was having trouble and no one informed me there would be a discount if I was having surgery which I was I seen no discount I asked when I called to make sure they had a shuttle bus to get me to my doctors and to get me to my surgery ( thank God surgery was in the tower I could see) well turns out the shuttle was down so at least we got to borrow the Shands bus but when it came to the morning of my surgery it is 4:30 in the morning there is nobody there I was told somebody would take me to the hospital but again I had to walk with my luggage and my backpack and drinks that were attached to the handle of my luggage it was cold it was a long walk because of my left leg that I was having surgery on. About the discount I was supposed to get they said I had booked it through a third party so I wouldn't receive a discount but it didn't matter because I got a bigger discount through the third party that I booked myself and made all the phone calls and ask questions myself I ended up paying more money the night before my surgery then I did when I booked it the hotel is nothing special I had the worst experience I probably have had it any place I've ever stayed I'm going to be 63 years old and I was treated awfully you've got young people there should have helped me at least carry something or have somebody walk me to the hospital they could help me I will never ever recommend that hospital to anyone over $300 for two nights for what they didn't even have the 20 second rule at least acknowledge somebody when they walk up don't ignore them because you're on the phone!!!
