Not a great experience
Liked: Location
Disliked: No parking at property, à valet takes the car to a parking lot nearby, and from what I understood there’s no car service after 11pmThe rooms had patio windows so no air running really. Window open or close we hear everything going on in the hôtel so quite noisy to have a good night sleep. The toilet smelled so bad even with the door closed I could still smell the smell of sewers

Beautiful little hotel conveniently located,...
Liked: Great Location. Pretty building, very clean.
Disliked: Shower leaked first afternoon and no hot water. I asked to change rooms that evening and was told "it wasn't possible" until the next day. They gave me a sheet to mop up the floor. It was too much of a hassle for us to repack and deal with the steep winding stairs again, so we just stayed put. They did fix the shower from leaking next day but still no hot water. No English spoken, so difficult to deal with the front desk over these issues. Bruised old apples and stale rolls served at "continental" breakfast. No milk or cream for coffee. Steep winding stairs to our room on the 3rd floor--very tough with suitcases.
