A good stay

Liked: The location was good. Very close to the center.The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice.
Disliked: The pillows were huge and soft. Didn't feel very comfortable.

I recommend this hotel.

Liked: The property is located in the perfect location to visit all of Kraków’s sites.
Disliked: We would have liked to have been able to purchase coffee at the restaurant but we had to buy the entire breakfast.

Absolutely good experience

Liked: - HospitalityWe've got room upgrade to the suite for the entire period. Receptionists are always there and answer all my questions in English.- CleanlinessWll-cleaned by staff. Was always happy to stay there.- Spacious room with sufficient amenities and equipmentBath and shower are separated and 2 large basins are there. Bed is large enough for 2 people.- LocationAbsolutely fantastic.close to Krakow station within old town. You can even come back anytime while staying in the city. *The elevator goes to all floors, so effortlessly moving-in.
Disliked: The shower head was a bit broken. Water came out to the opposite side through the crack.
