Disliked: Not Recommended – Extremely Poor Value for MoneyThe hotel’s location is decent and transportation is fairly convenient, but the overall stay was very disappointing. At this price point, it is far too expensive and offers extremely poor value, making it not worth recommending.First of all, the room was very small and clearly outdated, with poorly maintained facilities. The soundproofing was terrible—you could clearly hear noises from the hallway and conversations from neighboring rooms. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken. Although we called hotel staff to repair it, it was never fixed, and they even left a used chair they had stepped on in the bathroom without any follow-up. We had to move it back ourselves.The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and at night it made loud banging sounds that seriously affected our sleep quality. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. We visited the hotel bar in the evening, but the cocktails were mediocre and overpriced—again, poor value.The most disappointing part was the front desk service during checkout. They gave unclear explanations about the charges, the bill was not transparent, and they didn’t even provide an official invoice. The handling was very unprofessional.Overall, this stay was a terrible experience—outdated facilities, subpar service, and unreasonably high prices. We will not return and do not recommend it to others.

Disliked: My booking was mixed up. I was told I was confirmed for a Lakeview when I arrived. I was in a room overlooking the parking lot. I was really upset. I spent all that money chose your property as I could’ve chosen any other ones on the lake in Kelowna came highly recommended by Some NHL family members and when I arrived, I was in the heritage building like I said overlooking the parking lot. I tried to explain to them that I wasn’t trying to be bougie but my home on Vancouver Island I have an ocean view so there’s no way I would’ve booked not at Lakeview so my first night was a total waste of money and then when they had another area available over at the other property, they moved me over the next day and the first night that I arrived. I also called them and told them I would be arriving late as my daughter ended up in the hospital.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The door to my room would not close. It took me placing my shoulder against the door to slam it. Complained multiple times and they finally “fixed” it. However the next morning it took me 5 minutes to try and get out of the room! The door lock and frame looked like it had been quite abused before, so I am certain this was not a new problem. As a woman travelling alone this was not acceptable. Also, the lamp by the bed didn’t work. In the morning I went to use the gym and there was no air conditioning despite it being 26 degrees outside. I called the front desk and was told they would send someone right away. No one came. Me and one other person ended up working out in the blistering heat. I paid close to $500 for this room for one night.
