Liked: Beautiful location. Rooms were clean
Disliked: We requested a lake view which they said they would accommodate but didn’t. We could not sit outside and could only eat in the dark pub when the weather was lovely. When asked why the answer was short staffed. Staff were not very friendly. Reception not open and had to check out at a different location. Nothing at this hotel was easy
