Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The door to my room would not close. It took me placing my shoulder against the door to slam it. Complained multiple times and they finally “fixed” it. However the next morning it took me 5 minutes to try and get out of the room! The door lock and frame looked like it had been quite abused before, so I am certain this was not a new problem. As a woman travelling alone this was not acceptable. Also, the lamp by the bed didn’t work. In the morning I went to use the gym and there was no air conditioning despite it being 26 degrees outside. I called the front desk and was told they would send someone right away. No one came. Me and one other person ended up working out in the blistering heat. I paid close to $500 for this room for one night.

Disliked: The lack of preparation for our arrival as well as lack of training skills for those at Check in. We were told to arrive earlier than 4 pm as rooms were available; however, after waiting beyond 4:30 pm those in charge couldn’t get us into a room. Eventually we checked in after hours waiting. Additionally, late at night on the 4 th floor a couple spent more than an hour cursing and swearing at each other in the hallway. I got up from bed at 11:30 pmIn search of security but no one available. What a disaster as we had hoped for a special evening which turned into a nightmare !!!! There should at least be someone from management around even on a holiday weekend. Poor planning on the managements part
