Liked: Good location and good room
Disliked: The toilet was terrible, the shower didn’t absorb water while showering and the water was cold and with really few presure. Also they charged us 60€ to take us to the airport, while uber was 20€

In the heart of the...

Liked: The location was emblematic in the heart of the Old Town. It was easy for me to walk to various meeting points for my tours, i.e. el Museo de Bellas Artes, etc. My room was quiet and clean. There is also a very nice restaurant that served delicious breakfast.
Disliked: The shower was a bit awkward - the water was too dispersed and I couldn't adjust it to make a more concentrated spray. Probably for the same reason the bathroom floor kept getting flooded.

Best stay for a tourist....

Liked: This is an excellent hotel in perfect location. Anything you would probably want to see in Mexico City is walkable distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Disliked: No AC in the bedroom, old towels and pillows
