Liked: It is well located
Disliked: Can the pay attention how the pillows smell? And also many pillows on the bed but not comfortable and old material.

The stay was quite good.

Liked: It was a good budget hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. We felt very safe.
Disliked: It was hard to communicate because we didn’t speak Spanish. We were not alerted when the airline dropped off our luggage, and so we checked out without it. However, it was eventually delivered to our next destination.

Liked: Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable.The hotel is located 15 minute walk from the US consulate. Quite a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of

Liked: The room and bathroom were very roomy on the level we chose.For Breakfast, the service was good, and the food was fresh. Great outside patio.
Disliked: The reception people tried to steal from us. They wanted to charge more than what was agreed by the contract with booking. com, and when confronted, then they knew the exact amount.The reception staff treated us with disdain multiple times. They questioned why we reserved the room we had as if we were not good enough to reserve that type of room. It was a hotel chosen for a reunion so I felt I had to stay there, otherwise, I would have chosen a different place.

Disliked: First of all I got charge 110 more when I book in booking.com gave me a totally different price the restroom stinks cleaners don’t clean them the way they should.
