Liked: The room and bathroom were very roomy on the level we chose.For Breakfast, the service was good, and the food was fresh. Great outside patio.
Disliked: The reception people tried to steal from us. They wanted to charge more than what was agreed by the contract with booking. com, and when confronted, then they knew the exact amount.The reception staff treated us with disdain multiple times. They questioned why we reserved the room we had as if we were not good enough to reserve that type of room. It was a hotel chosen for a reunion so I felt I had to stay there, otherwise, I would have chosen a different place.

Disliked: First of all I got charge 110 more when I book in booking.com gave me a totally different price the restroom stinks cleaners don’t clean them the way they should.

Disliked: room not clean, and the size of the first room is not as the pictures i saw

Exceptional

Liked: Location is one of the best in the city. A lot of great restaurants are walking distance, downtown is not far, Andares is not far. Very centric. It is a nice area.
