Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location, brilliant bus/ tram services right out the front of the hotel,plus right next to the wig, a huge park with Excellent things for the whole family. Opened in 1974?I went as a child in 76

Booking non refundable. So ask...
Liked: Chef is humble.
Disliked: After 23:00 nobody is in reception. Remote of air conditioning doesn’t found in room. Before booking asked first charges of child. Doesn’t mention charges of child.

Liked: Decent place and very clean.1. Good cleaning lady! 2. Nice guy at the checkout.
Disliked: 1. There is no free parking at the additional house, only at the main hotel. If you walk there and back there are no sidewalks basically. 2. No sausages at the breakfast.3. Weird sensor at the toilet, keeps going on and off (light + recuperation) rather randomly. 4. Shower creates pools on the floor.

Not a 4* hotel
Disliked: Housekeeping was very rude. Around 08:30 AM, they were already insisting to enter our room even tough we were still there, not yet checked out. After that, they made a lot of noise on the hallway, cleaning the nearby rooms.I assume the furniture, windows, hair dryer, etc. are from '1960. (not in a good way). I mean, you could hear everything from the outside, the windows weren't sealed enough and you could feel the cold wind blowing from the outside. This is not a 4* hotel. 2 at most.
