Liked: Very helpful staff at the reception. They answered all my questions about the city, and guided me on which transport to take and Czech food recommendations. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Ideal for my trip, where I mostly spent my time outside and came back home to rest.

Great location and friendly staff

Liked: The staff were super friendly! The reception is available 24/7. We didn’t use public transportation at all (except Uber at night) since the city center was 20-30 minutes walking from the hotel so the location was great.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been a bit more deep cleaned. I think the dirt is given that the hotel may be a bit older but acceptable for the price and not horrible.

Liked: Breakfast was varied and delicious. The double bed was very large and comfortable. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room is fully carpeted, except for the bathroom. We are both allergic to dust mites, and we suffered symptoms. Since the sheets and towels were freshly cleaned, we suspect it was the carpet, but that is something the staff cannot change.
