Superb

Liked: The staff were superb and the breakfast superb. Location is right outside central station so perfect for trams and trains
Disliked: We had an issue with a flooding bathroom that was fixed promptly one day as we went out travelling

Exceptional

Liked: Centrally located hotel, very close to the railway station. Extremely comfortable room and bed. Sumptuous buffet breakfast. Close to the City Centre and to the beautiful gardens of the Garden Society of Gothenburg although sadly the Palm House is currently closed for renovation.The hotel is Belle Epoque in style rather than Scandi chic - I loved staying there but other commitments meant I couldn't stay longer.
Disliked: Very little. Shower room was a bit dated but perfectly functional.

Liked: Elegant classy hotel with lots of history. Beautiful interior design.

Liked: Good location,free wifi,lift,good breakfast,complimentary tea/coffee in room/lobby,restaurant,helpful/friendly staff.Historic building.Breakfast bag for early checkout.
Disliked: No air con.no in room water,no toiletries.restaurant menu could have more choices.

Liked: Bed was v comfy and great location. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The noise - the street cars ran right outside the window until 2am - it was a challenge to sleep.
