Exceptional

Disappointed for such expensive room....

Liked: Overall, cozy room. Location and architecture were beautiful.
Disliked: The room was small. I expected a bigger room for the expensive price. The drain in the bathroom sink was closed and no way of opening it. Room was freezing no matter how much I changed the temperature. Asked valet driver about self parking and he said “yes, we have it.” Ok, can you follow up with WHERE?! Instead he just stared at me. Front desk worker talked super fast and I almost couldn’t keep up. Room service was horrible. I called to order breakfast and the woman asked what I want and was so dull and unwelcoming. She seemed frustrated. I’m not paying for expensive breakfast for an attitude. They forgot my eggs and had the nerve to charge me $103 for stuff I didn’t order. I asked for 1 pancake, bacon, eggs, and French toast. I got breakfast potatoes, two trays of French toast, a stack of pancakes, and no eggs and 15% gratuity.
