A very good, budget friendly...

Liked: Very friendly staff, good location - several metro stations within 3 minutes walk, public car park 3 minutes away, clean room.

Good location and service. But...

Liked: Rooms were cleanCafe croissants are delicious and breakfast is of good value compared to prices in Paris.
Disliked: We didn't realise there are two buildings. One with lifts and one without which the cafe is under. Bookings.com had not stated that. So we had booked one in each building. But They upgraded us to bigger rooms but that was the cafe building that didn't have an elevator for my elderly parents. They ran out of towels cause the delivery hadn't come. And water wasn't given on random days. But was always accomodating to give us what we needed. Cooling too was an issue on the first 2 days as it wasn't cooling up easy..and realised the main temp was set at 24C so then was reduced.

Tiny room, nice people, comfortable...

Liked: Nice, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Not a bad walk from Gare du Nord. Local Metro station has 3 lines.
Disliked: Tiny room. Noisy plumbing. Not the hotel’s fault, but lots of businesses around shut down in August.
