Liked: Great staff and location

Very bad experience

Liked: Was clean, and comfy bed.
Disliked: They lied about parking. I the app is specified that they have car park, and when I got there they said they don't have.The lift don't work. I needed to carry my 25kg luggage on the stairs.The staff barely speak English.No air conditioner, I was melting in the room.Extremely expensive breakfast.

Liked: The room was very good, the bed comfortable and the people who works in the hotel were nice and helpful BUT...
Disliked: ...BUT not a good place for cyclists because we had to pay to store our bikes in the garage. 2 euro a day for each bike!!! We are longtime cyclists and this was the very first time that we had to pay for leaving our bikes in a hotel garage. Cyclists, don't go there!!!

Liked: Location. Just a few meters from the train station. Staff: Man at the desk was very attentive to my stay. I arrived just after normal hours but before 2300 closure, I called the number, and he already had me on camera and opened the door for me to enter. I had a very long travel day - missed connections - so was not really looking to go out to unwind so he got me a beer to have in the breakfast area. He also helped with my understanding the train I would need to take in the morning. 110% effort that is missing in a lot of places today. Decor: Quirky and cool. You need to visit to really appreciate all the little things they have in the lobby, the breakfast area, and even in the room.
Disliked: Nothing important!But the one way mirrored glass shower wall was a bit strange... a mirror from the bedroom towards the shower but from the shower you can see into the room... it's dark but you can see... I was travelling alone so not an issue...
