Great location, clean and comfortable

Liked: Location amazing. Very central but in a really nice area which lots of restaurants, bars and cool boutique shops.Very clean, comfortable, nice tea and coffee facilities. Super friendly staff.We were worried in advance about noise levels from other reviews. On the Friday the bar up the road was in full swing and didn’t disturb us. You can hear on occasion people walking on floor above. We only noticed this with one guest who was very heavy footed. Next guest after them didn’t hardly hear them.
Disliked: Shower doors leaked out corner a bit so we got quite soggy bath mats but they replaced daily on request. Steep stairs - fine with us and typical of Amsterdam, but if you struggle with stairs or have very large unruly luggage then this isn’t the place for you.

Liked: Really nice, comfy hotel with great location. Everything went smoothly.

Liked: Room was ok.
Disliked: Pillows were too high and uncomfortable. Shower ran boiling hot and cold. No staff available to help with luggage or give fresh towels etc.

Disliked: Nothing for guest how can not use step stairs!!!!
