Exceptional!

Liked: This hotel is fabulous ! The staff is so welcoming!The view is breathtaking and the cocktails are toonotch. The restaurant is delicious, the beds are comfortable and lovely decor !

Great staff Hotel needs work!

Liked: The staff was very pleasant. They were especially helpful and accommodating when we had an issue with our room.
Disliked: Our room had a very musty smell. My son immediately got a headache after entering the room.

The front desk person was...

Liked: The staff was excellent, but the hotel itself needs updating. The rooftop bar seating situation needs to be replaced. It?s filthy. The whole building needs updating. The price was ridiculous for what it was.
Disliked: The filthy rooftop bar was cringeworthy.
