'Modern' Hotel - Will not...

Liked: Location was great, bed was comfortable
Disliked: No one at reception when we arrived (sign stated they were off doing other things), no comfortable lobby area with bar, bathroom was just a glassed area inside the room, air conditioning units on roof were really loud in the room keeping us awake most of the night, no printed materials in the room about the hotel and area, everything was QR code driven (we don't have smartphone), $30 for two drinks on the roof top bar, bar had awful electronic music, and no TCM on the TV. No real attention payed to customers and customer comfort. It seems to be the way all hotels are going these days, all self-serve and QR codes, when I am paying out good money I want people to be looking after me. We will not stay here again.

Disliked: My room smelled so bad and this has happened before at this property. I know it’s an old building but it is terrible. Smells sour, old, musty. Knocks you over when u walk in the room. Also, I used valet parking and I think my car bumper was hit.
