Liked: A Home Away from Home, Thanks to NicolasFrom the moment we stepped into this charming boutique hotel, we felt something different — something more personal, more welcoming, and more heartfelt than your typical hotel experience. And that feeling came largely thanks to Nicolas.He didn’t just check us in; he greeted us like old friends. Throughout our stay, Nicolas went above and beyond in every way — offering local recommendations that only someone who truly knows and loves the area could give, checking in on us with genuine care, and always making time for a warm smile or thoughtful conversation. It felt less like we were guests at a hotel, and more like we were staying with family.The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and comfort, with thoughtful touches everywhere. But it was Nicolas who made our time here unforgettable. His kindness, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality made this place feel like home.We left feeling not just rested and recharged, but truly cared for. Excellent stay in Le Marais,...

Liked: Lovely boutique hotel located in Le Marais district of Paris. Rooms spacious and nicely decorated. Location excellent… we walked to Mused D’Orsay but metro option not far if wanting to explore further. Staff excellent… Nicholas was wonderful, cheery and really helpful … nothing was too much trouble. Nicholas contributed to the enjoyment of our stay in Hotel Dupond-Smith and we thank him for this. Great restaurants and shopping in this area of Le Marais.Would highly recommend.

Liked: The location is perfect in district 4- Le MaraisIn a quiet side street, a lot of cafes, bars and stores around the hotel. Clean hotel with very nice staff. The room is clean chic and big enough
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable (the mattress)didn’t have a bathtub although in our Deluxe king room it was mentioned there is one.Was charged 12€ for a breakfast (1 person, 1 morning) - better to have those fresh pastries in the cafes around the hotel for less

Liked: Lovely, clean and chic hotel. Well stocked mini bar and full of little thoughtful touches. Perfect location and very friendly personnel

Liked: It felt like a modern hotel but in an old historic building. Best of both worlds. Definitely felt like a 5 star hotel experience. The front desk staff were amazing - kind and helpful. Nice little touches like hand written notes on the bed and home made baked goods at the front desk (made by the staff!).
Disliked: Nothing - it was amazing.
