Disappointment

Liked: Breakfast is good with lot of options to eat.
Disliked: Room was not quite. Lot of noise from corridors throughout the night. During the booking, it was mentioned parking and fitness center is included, while hotel charged extra money during the check-in for parking and for fitness center. Front desk staff was very rude and not helping. Room was booked for three person and was prepared only for two.

Okay for a short stay

Liked: Really close to the metro station, easy access by car. Arrived late at night, still had plenty of parking spaces left. The guy making fresh omelet/eggs at breakfast was really nice—did not expect this from such an average hotel. All together, room+ parking still came cheaper than in the city center. The room was okay.
Disliked: Parking was expensive, they asked the parking to be paid in euros (21 EUR). We paid in Czech crowns (490) since the currency exchange rate and conversion fee came cheaper than 21 euros. Although our car was fine, the parking lot did not feel safe, especially since there were signs out saying that the hotel is not responsible for any items stolen from cars. So this has happened before!? Why do you need the signs if this was a safe parking lot… There were many cars with flat tires in the parking lot. Also we left all our stuff in the room and put out a do not disturb sign. When we came back there was a sign on our door that stated, that cleaning staff did not enter our room, because we had the do not disturb sign out. When we opened the door, the bed was made and bathroom cleaned, towels changed etc. Why would you leave us a sign saying you did not enter, but clearly did. Felt bad that someone had touched our personal stuff and seen our underwear laying around. What was the purpose of entry then, reception said that it is against policy to enter when the do not disturb sign is out. How did you know that we were not in the room, are you surveilling your customers? Was the cleaning staff looking for money? Maybe they just were honest people doing their job, but I do not know that. So always put your personal stuff in your suitcase before you leave. Hotel was also super busy! So many people. Suggest you have early breakfast since it is quieter, it gets really busy. As many have said already, there are people coming in with buses, so it might take a while to get checked in. There was construction site right in front of our window and the loud banging started already at 6 am!
