A very nice hotel in...

Liked: The location was beautifully quiet, but very close to main centre. Enjoyed sitting on terrace for drinks. It was good to have lots of seating areas.
Disliked: The shower was terrible. A lovely big cubicle, but a very old fashioned small shower head with poor water pressure. Took ages to wash & rinse long hair!

Lovely accommodations in a great...

Liked: The property is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. Upon arrival you’re greeted by a stunning exterior and inside the decor makes you feel as though you are a guest in someone’s palace.
Disliked: We stayed in one of the newer rooms in the building across the courtyard (behind the main/original building), which was decorated nicely, was very comfortable and spacious, but the garage underneath was quite noisy.

Perfect location in a luxury...

Liked: The hotel is Beautifully designed with luxury furnishing. The location was perfect we parked our car in the underground parking and could walk everywhere in Brugges. Great breakfast and I loved the bar area. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing

The castle every queen and...

Liked: This hotel feels like from a fairy tale and I felt I was a princess for a few nights. Definitively I feel only in Bruges you can get to experience this. It felt historical, well kept, good treatment from the staff. I stayed like in an "annex rooms", which I preferred honestly more than the "main building" since they seemed very new and modern and didn't clashed with the castle vibes. The room was huge, had everything you need, very well kept an clean. The bed was amazing, you just wanted to stay sleeping. The breakfast was superb also. It is located very near to the main square and has lots of restaurants nearby. Also very near the train station, 5-10 minute ride.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
