Hotel Due Mari

Disappointing for a 4 star...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice . Waiters were nice . Bear to beach
Disliked: Reception staff not very friendly . He couldn’t find my booking but when he eventually did after 20 mins , no apology . Communication by email poor . Room very small .

Great hotel with outdoor pool...

Liked: Great location between both beaches. Lovely restaurant/courtyard with good food. Spa and indoor pool small but outdoor seawater pool is a very good size and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Good parking off site. Would definitely use this hotel again.
Disliked: Bigger indoor pool

Elegant and welcoming, the perfect...

Liked: A beautiful hotel, elegant and comfortable, one block from Sestri Levante's ocean-side esplanade. The gorgeous hotel is maintained impeccably , all details cared for, and from the lobby, past the restaurant and conference area, to the rooms, the hotel is stately and gives one a feeling of class and love for the art of accommodation. The staff was absolutely excellent - warm, attentive, helpful and professional. The restaurant, a delight.

Great location good service, good...

Liked: Breakfast and diner where great, service was good. Especially Marco was an example how service should be.
Disliked: The room was very small no outside view, shower door was not closing properly, in the morning an engine starts and makes noise (I think the pomp for the pool) Don’t accept room 81 its not value for money.

Liked: Friendly attentive staff, location, great breakfast.
Disliked: That’s tough one. If there was a down side, it is that the showers (in the rooms we booked) were only 80cm wide. I would imagine that heavier set individuals would fine this very inconvenient.
