Great hotel, room and location,...

Liked: Great location within Stratford and the room was amazing. We were really happy with our balcony room upgrade.
Disliked: The balcony room was loverly but because our room faced into the courtyard and another balcony privacy was an issue in our opinion. Some additional screening on the balconies would help this.

Quick - convenient- well located

Liked: Good, fresh. Buffet was sparse but a la carte order was good quality
Disliked: The room had no slippers which is a must especially when walking on carpet. No body lotion which is unusual

Liked: Very clean Good restaurant Walk distance to town centre

Disliked: Poached eggs not cooked properly and the yoke was freezing. The fried eggs not cooked properly.

Easter stay

Liked: Good comfortable bed. Nice bedding.Excellent toiletries.
Disliked: Lack of drawer space. The seating was uncomfortable. Not relaxing.Door stuck in the bathroom. The shower didn't stay hot.

Absolutely perfect

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. All of our requests were dealt with promptly, by all members of staff involved, which we were very impressed with. We stayed here for 2 nights in the Taittinger Suite; the night before our wedding and the night of. The staff went out of their way to make the experience one we would truly remember fondly. Well done to all, we would highly recommend this hotel.
