Liked: Great hotel and experience
Disliked: Price of a pint 7.5 when you can have a much better and cheaper beer in the pubs nearby. We ordered 1 and soon moved to another venue.If they want to keep guest of fhe rooms in their lovely bar and terrace they need to adapt a better price

The hotel is perfect

Liked: A wonderful hotel combining historicity and modern comfort. A quiet, peaceful place, comfortable beds, everything was wonderful. The hotel has a very decent restaurant. The staff is extremely helpful, especially our favorite smiling and cheerful Marie in the restaurant. We liked everything very much.

Disliked: just a thought for Hotel du Vin future refurbishments - I appreciate a full shower door as it prevents the bathroom from getting wet

Disliked: You have to pay for parking permit if you can get a space outside hotel otherwise park in the adjacent public car park or multi-storey on other side of street isquite expensive especially if you’re staying for more than couple of nights.Very large restaurant which was mostly nearly empty whilst we were there so made dining a bit lonely and not much of an atmosphere to enjoy your evening by.Bar was very quiet had to wait a while for someone to come fix us drinks both nights we were there and again very quiet.
