Overall good, but not sure...

Liked: The room we stayed in was cosy, hotel was warm & comfortable and exceptionally clean. Check in was easy and parking. Staff were friendly and they had a room ready when we arrived earlier than expected.
Disliked: Inside the hotel was extremely noisy, we were given a room directly outside the lift, and could hear when upstairs got in, and heard foot steps while trying to get some rest. We wanted to enjoy the outside pool, thought it was heated due to being the winter, it was freezing and not enjoyable at all, for guests to be able to enjoy the pool, I would recommend having the outdoor pool heated all year round, as this was one of the reasons we wanted to stay here and use the facilities. This was our first visit.

Disliked: Very minimal facilities especially in bad weather, restaurant was full for dinner even though we hadn’t been told about pre booking or anything about it, cleanliness wasn’t to standard expected for the price paid and rating of hotel

Wonderful hotel

Liked: The staff were amazing; we felt welcomed, and it was extremely comfortable The photos of the rooms don't do then justice they are very modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was a little on the cold side. The outside space could be could also do with some reconsideration for winter use such as a heated see-through dome, for example.
