It's ok but way too...

Liked: breakfast and location were great.
Disliked: Very expansive for what is it. The photos are nicer than the actual place although the restaurant is very nice. At the restaurant they had formulas which we took and yet they made us pay extra for wine which were meant to be included - we didn't figth but didn't appreciate the action. I was expecting something much more charming.

Four nights in Edinburgh

Liked: Location, hotel style/architecture, and breakfast (though a bit expensive)
Disliked: Although we informed recepton and restaurant staff on checking in day that we need a take away breakfast on third day for a day trip, they did not prepare it due to internal miscommunication. However, they apologized for this incidence and refunded us breakfast price for that day. Room cleaning service needs improvement, also they did not refill our shower gel when it was finished. We tried dinner in the Bistro one night, food was average, however ambiance and service were good

Excellent food, wine and atmosphere...

Liked: This hotel had a cool wine vibe with the rooms being themed/named after famous wine labels. A lot of the decor was made by wine team. For instance, the chandelier was made out of 100 wine glasses. I had this great outdoor space that was for a cigar and wine room and then an indoor space that was showcasing local art very cool vibe.
Disliked: Nothing
