Liked: This is our 5th visit we love staying here it’s exceptionally clean and comfortable, excellent staff very friendly and professional.
Disliked: This time was quite a bit more expensive than previous visits and think twice.

Disappointing.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: 1. On arrival we were told that we need to pay £10 per day to park our car. This was not brought to our attention before we booked this hotel.2. We were not told before the booking that on the particular date of our arrival there will be a very loud wedding reception with drumming for many hours, in an area directly outside our window. 3. The decoration in the junior suite was dated, tired and depressing. For £200 a night (not including breakfast) we expected a great value and not this miserable junior suite.4. The separate taps in the sinks in the bathroom were wrongly fitted and had to be turned on and off in an unusual directions. The hot taps were extremely hot to the extent that they had to cover with warning signs.5. The earth bonding electrical wires behind the bath where loosely exposed.6. The big showerhead was broken with many plastic sprinklers missing which made the water spray in all directions, and it was impossible to take a shower without waiting the hair. 7. The service at the bar was almost non-existent. Even after spelling the exact name of the rosé wine, it took them about 20 minutes to provide us with a glass of wine.

Liked: Well presented with a warm atmosphere, particularly the bar and lounge area..
Disliked: Rooms get very stuffy on mild days.. ventilation could be better

Liked: Great location, excellent staff especially Konrad he really does go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, breakfast was great, room was brilliant, very clean, we stayed in the Cristal Junior suite, would highly recommend this room
Disliked: Nothing, loved our stay again!!
