Excepted higher standard for how...

Liked: Good breakfast !
Disliked: Toiletries not replenished soaps towels bedding not changed daily . Also bill at the end showed someone had put their drinks onto our room , Surely adding drinks they should have been asked to show room key card by staff and it would not have happened !!!

It was OK - not...

Liked: Good location. Nice restaurant and friendly staff
Disliked: Upgraded to suite - two of the TVs didn’t work and none had a controller.Asked receptionist to sort - he provided one remote- he seemed very busy. He agree to knock off price but point was we missed out on the luxury we thought we were paying for
