Wonderful stay at a beautiful...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, with friendly service and lovely food and superb wine menu. Very friendly and good space to be able to relax and work. Wimbledon Common right there and so beautiful to walk around in.
Disliked: The actual room itself was a bit disappointing - a bit shabby chic. The shower was unfortunately in the bath. The add ons were the same cost as the actual accommodation so would be nice for the room to match up.

Disliked: No lift , had to climb 2 sets of stairs . The view that we paid extra for was a huge tree and a pathway . Not a park view . The noise all night if trickling water was exhausting . Adjoining door ? The food was awful . A bowl of salad , was a bowl of kettuce and cheese . The air con was not powerful enough to cool down the room . At 30 degrees outside if was hot . The exterior was grubby , all the carpets were filthy and full of bits , the windows were so badly rotten, also needed a clean

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was amazing. I grew up on Wimbledon common in the 1950/1060 and Cannizaro was part of my childhood
Disliked: The bath was very deep and therefore getting g in it for a shower was difficult

Liked: Location
Disliked: I thought my junior suite was tired. The furniture was tired looking. In the bathroom, there was a crack on the floor tiles. The grouting around the tiles on the front of the bath was mouldy too.
