Very memorable stay with nice...

Liked: Good location and Hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. A special mention for the Front desk Manager Anna who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable especially in view of the week being a busy one with Wimbledon about to start. She also arranged for our room Transfer seamlessly.

Stunning hotel with excellent bedrooms,...

Liked: Beautiful location and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Bedrooms are all very well appointed and have everything you could need. The beds are particularly comfortable.
Disliked: You need a room that’s very central for reliable wifi, otherwise all is great.

Two minor niggles only

Liked: Decor location
Disliked: Light intrusion in the front of hotel. at night. Needs blackout blinds or not curtains on poles..light leakage.Squeaky doors need oiling.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, with friendly service and lovely food and superb wine menu. Very friendly and good space to be able to relax and work. Wimbledon Common right there and so beautiful to walk around in.
Disliked: The actual room itself was a bit disappointing - a bit shabby chic. The shower was unfortunately in the bath. The add ons were the same cost as the actual accommodation so would be nice for the room to match up.

Disliked: No lift , had to climb 2 sets of stairs . The view that we paid extra for was a huge tree and a pathway . Not a park view . The noise all night if trickling water was exhausting . Adjoining door ? The food was awful . A bowl of salad , was a bowl of kettuce and cheese . The air con was not powerful enough to cool down the room . At 30 degrees outside if was hot . The exterior was grubby , all the carpets were filthy and full of bits , the windows were so badly rotten, also needed a clean
