Liked: A lovely building in a perfect location
Disliked: The building could do with a bit of TLC. The staff are not what they were. Their English was not always easy to understand.

Great location, nice rooms, clunky...

Liked: The rooms were really comfortable, bed was excellent and aircon worked nicely (unlike previous visit). Location is lovely and a great base for accessing London from.
Disliked: Continues to be a bit rough around the edges. Food offering and service is a bit clunky - friendly but just a bit haphazard.

Liked: Great location, high expectations of a comfortable stay
Disliked: The first room was very noisy as next to the main water tanks for buildings that were not isolated/soundproofed.Second room ok but higher charge.Breakfast added to bill, I had it once, mediocre quality and exorbitant pricing. Not worth the cost.Expectations not met at all.
