Disliked: Mattress was the worst mattress I have ever experienced . We paid for an upgraded room and it was impossible to sleep on. It was incredibly lumpy and out of shape so you rolled out. I mentioned this to the staff and they acted like this was a common complaint and said the rooms were due an upgrade . Was not worth the £600 I paid for 2 nights. Would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor

Brilliant staff, less than brilliant...

Liked: Staff are great. Always go out of their way to make the stay as good as possible. Price is very reasonable.
Disliked: Food is a bit hit and miss. Rooms are generally really good but some have issues like plugs stuck ‘closed’ and air-con is very temperamental. Mine didn’t work at all. All very much very first world problems obviously… Charging for parking seems a bit “local council”.
