Good location; friendly staff; excellent food. Stay in - you can't do better than eat here in this area of Bristol.

Liked: Nice hotel, wonderful bathroom, good breakfast, comfy beds.
Disliked: I booked two rooms with breakfast ( I thought) But when I got there I discovered my son, who was sharing a room with me, didn’t have breakfast included. I think it was perhaps because I booked him in as a children (16 years) so that was inconvenient.

Liked: Booked a signature suite.Arrived at hotel to be informed there had been a glitch and the room I booked was no longer available.The lady in reception was very helpful and did offer alternative rooms however it was my partner's birthday and we wanted something a bit bigger.Good customer service from her.Terrible from booking.com.
Disliked: Booking.com glitch which confirmed the room had been booked. Didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment but looked very nice.Lady on reception was very good.
