Liked: The staff were all very pleasant and attentive.
Disliked: The shower tap control was very difficult to use. It was a bit easier after I reported the problem to reception.My room was a bit too dark for my liking.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff
Liked: Great location, luxurious rooms,good food and lovely staff.
Disliked: Limited parking (although we were lucky this time!)

the staff, cleanliness and location...
Disliked: the bed (mattress ) is showing signs of wear. When I stayed in this room (regular guest) originally I loved the firm mattress. It is not longer firm and sagging on the edges. This is a pity as with a sensitive back, I appreciated the original firmness of the mattress

Excellent, almost perfect
Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. They also accomodated my early arrival, allowing me to park way before check in time. My classic room was gorgeous and as I was on my own, I revelled in the king size bed and huge bathroom. I wish i'd have had time to use the roll top bath but the hidden walk in shower was just as luxurious.The breakfast selection was really good, the yogurt, berry, granola mix was so delicious and fruit very tasty. The cooked breakfast was equally as delicious.
Disliked: The only negative was that I had to wait around 20 to 30 minutes for my hot breakfast to be served. It was definitely worth waiting for but took a little too long to come out and I had to ask the waiter if he could find out where it was. It came very quickly after my asking and wait staff were very lovely
