Liked: The staff are excellent - friendly and helpful. We were upgraded ... which is always a nice surprise. Breakfast was really good. The public / bar area has a good vibe and is nicely done.
Disliked: The hotel room looked a bit jaded - needs a refresh. We were really disappointed with the Bistro. We were expecting a better experience and far better food. The food quality was not good enough for a hotel of this calibre. We ate out on the second evening. Parking is difficult.

Liked: All the Christmas decorations. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Broken toilet seat. Dead slider in the bathroom. Promised Prosecco for our birthday celebration and didn’t receive it. Average meal on the evening. We left it.
