Liked: Environment, comfortable bed. Great water pressure.
Disliked: Far too many emails before arriving, about 8, all seemed unnecessary and a nuisance. £50 was taken from my bank on top of the room rate which i was not informed about prior to arriving or on booking. I don't think that's ok actually and is not usual practice. I was unhappy about it but couldn't say no.
