Great stay, great (highly attentive)...

Liked: Excellent location and room well appointed
Disliked: Whilst the ‘table service’ for the bar and roof terrace is a good thing, on several occasions I found myself walking to the bar to get a drink as service was slow

Liked: We love this hotel, and stay here whenever we are in Brighton.The location is hard to beat, and every member of staff is welcoming and helpful. They also serve a great breakfast! The building feels steeped in history with a great atmosphere and beautifully decorated.
Disliked: We love our usual room (Robert Mondavi), but the bathroom radiator is still taped (leak). However, this is only a minor issue, and it remains a lovely hotel, and it wouldn't stop us from returning or requesting the same room..
