Fantastic hotel

Liked: Hotel and staff are amazing staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even after we checked out with luggage in storage very kind gentleman in a suit led us to a shoe dryer for our kids rain soaked shoes, and gave hot chocholate mixes to our kids. Location is perfect everything is walkable, tons of restaurants outside the door. Room was big, everything was clean, would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: All was good

Liked: The picnic basket breakfast was quite large and lasted more than one day. Loved having a coffee machine in the room with all the creamer and sugar.

Liked: The location was exceptional for what touring we wanted to do. Parking was a minute walk into an underground parking area and what very reasonable in price per day.
Disliked: Really can't think of anything that we didn't like. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Location terrific…right in Old Town. The hotel is beautifully remodeled and immaculate. The staff, without exception, is friendly and very helpful. Mia was fantastic. She wrote a list of her favorite restaurants for us and assisted in getting our bus tickets to Montreal airport. Everyone was great.
Disliked: I can’t think of one negative. One of our best hotels in all of our travels.
