Liked: We had an unscheduled stop in Lyon due to a missed flight. We booked this hotel by chance. The team at reception were absolutly fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us book train tickets to Nice the next day. We were also given a restaurant recommendation and we had an exceptional meal. A small hotel, but with a customer service ethic that would exceed most 5 star locations !!

Liked: The location was perfect. The room was very clean.
Disliked: The toilette was in a small room and you couldn’t close the door while sitting. The whole building can hear when you flush it was very very noisy. The sink and shower area was really packed and small. The bed was a bit stiff. Keep in mind there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 floors.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Internet...
