A great place to stay...

Liked: The location was perfect . Could walk to most major attractions
Disliked: No member of staff available . You check yourself in . On arrival I have a frustrating experience with the check in machine . Wasn’t straight forward and not screen wasn’t very responsive at times. But I did witness another couple signing in and it seemed more responsive for them. Might have been the signal

Cozy room in the city...

Liked: Perfect location, nice room but a bit more dated than the photos suggest.
Disliked: Self check in and no staff around which would have been inconvenient if I needed anything.

Liked: Good location , clean and value for money.
Disliked: Automated check in which didn't work. The code we were sent would not get us into the hotel. Fortunately another guest was just coming out and let us in. She assisted us with the check in as she had had the same problem. But our key code still didn't work. Our room wasn't ready but the cleaner guy was very helpful and reset our key code for us. But if he hadn't been there we would of been locked out. We saw two more groups of guests experiencing the same problem.

Disliked: The self service door entrance is very difficult to operate - making check in and check out a hassle. Sometimes you just want to be able to talk to a real person. The breakfast is not good.
